Wines of St. Regulus are carefully crafted by winemaker Dave Rule, with the latest, yet little known equipment in winemaking. He meticulously ferments our wine to be fruity, bold, full bodied, and rich in tannins and color. We invite you to let your palate explore what some have already discovered. Both our reds and whites are said to leave the mouth watering, full bodied, large aroma, fruit taste, rich color and low astringency.

Apricot overtones, with a dry mineral finish; golden color true to its "on the skins" fermentation.
A fruit-forward, full-bodied Merlot with raspberry and black cherry overtones, and balanced tannins, with just a hint of oak.
Food Match: Fettucini with roasted red peppers and Polish sausage, as well as the traditional expected meat dishes.
